Karen Duncan, MD, CEO, JPS Health Network
Karen Duncan, MD is a board certified pediatrician with medical and executive leadership experience. Dr. Duncan has extensive experience working in large public health academic centers and has held executive leadership positions at Atlanta's Grady Memorial Hospital and Chicago's Cook County Health and Hospitals System. Dr. Duncan came to JPS from Health Management Associates, a healthcare consulting firm where she was a Principal and she consulted for large publicly funded hospitals systems, government entities and managed care plans.
Kim Arthur, CEO/CIO, Main Management
Kim D. Arthur is a founding partner of Main Management, LLC. He currently serves as Main’s CEO and Portfolio manager. In 2009 Kim was recognized by Institutional Investor Magazine as a “Rising Star” of Foundations and Endowments. Kim is a regular speaker at national conferences and was a featured speaker at the Inside ETFs conference in Hollywood, Florida in January 2018. Kim has been profiled in articles by Index Universe and referenced in Barron’s, Wall Street Journal, Business Week and Fortune Magazine among others. Kim began his financial career in 1987 when he joined Montgomery Securities in their Institutional Sales division, marketing U.S. equities to Japanese institutions. He was promoted to Managing Director of Institutional Sales in 1997 during the period when Montgomery was purchased by Nations Bank. By 1999 he had advanced to the transitional head of International Sales for Banc of America Securities, following Bank of America’s takeover of Nations Bank.
Chris Poinsatte, CFO, DFW Airport Authority
Christopher Poinsatte was appointed Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer for the Airport in September 2003. Mr. Poinsatte is responsible for business and financial planning, budgeting, accounting, information systems, debt financing, treasury and federal funding. Prior to joining the Airport, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where he developed DART’s $2.9 billion financing program for its capital expansion program. Mr. Poinsatte is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame
